But, since it is a reasonable request, I have no problem checking in with you nightly and going to sleep as instructed-- But, only if you respond in turn. That way, your words will be the first ones I read when I wake up. If you're concerned you'll be asleep by 2200, I can send my message at 2100, then go to bed at 2200 in order to give you time to respond. Don't worry, I won't look at my phone until I wake up.
