So many things. In the first place it should be an oval. A circle's unrealistic. It's also important to figure out the angle of the object and where the light source is coming from when drawing and shading it to add depth and dimension. Otherwise you can add all the cream and sprinkles to it and it'll still look like a 3yo drew it...
