Excellent idea. Maximizing efficiency is essential for success. I haven't quite figured out the formula behind determining the number of customers per day, but if need be we can offset a potentially slow day by staying open past hours. We might be cutting it close to bedtime, but if 5 minutes is enough for us to settle in, we can look at our profit margins tomorrow. $5000 is ambitious, but I think with us working together it should be possible. Time is the only thing holding us back.
